Magnus Blue LLP Acquires James A. Shaw & Company CPAs

Magnus Blue, LLP (“the Firm”), has announced that it has acquired James A. Shaw & Company CPAs, a reputable CPA firm based in San Diego, CA. This acquisition brings together two CPA firms known for strong client relationships, trusted advice, and a shared set of values, goals, and behaviors that shape our organizational cultures.

Jim Shaw will join Magnus Blue LLP as a principal.
